'CUTE OWL' PAINTING IN ACRYLICS

Recently invested in a few art classes on line. For similar project i should be using mixed media. Because i did not have some materials I ended up with acrylics. A lot of brush stokes, patience and results you can see for yourself.

First I experimented with coloured pencils. After I got rough preview I went ahead and finished this owl with acrylics. Started with bacground, after first layer of owl colouring was created. And then few more layers to create feathery effect. Finaly worked into details.
