Dear readers this is not a secret that Christmas are not only presents. This is remembering and gathering with your loved ones and, of course, we give cards to each other. In our consumer age cards lost its value, and no wander,- cheap card is not worth a memory. But would a handmade high quality card, created with love and attention to details would face the same destiny? I honestly daubt it. So when we prepare presents for the loved ones, please speare some time and taughts for small details, such as packaging, presentation and cards or tags. You will be remembered for many years onward.
If you are looking for a special card, do not look further. Choose from my shop, and i promise you will see the same card on fire mental piece next year.

Red Carpet Dress
Hi everybody, only a couple weeks ago we enjoyed a new dies presentation of Tattered Lace creations. I could not resist therefore i ordered this set. The set contained of four dies. One of them was dress. Red carpet dress is stunning and contains three elements: tiny butterflies, hanger and gorgeous dress. I must admit it looks better than celebrities could dream about. The die is so delicate that creates a focal point for any card and is suitable for any occassion.
For this particular card i used aperture in holographic red, left over from other cuts. Layered it on white, then on black and all that on main centura pearl card. Sentiment was shaddowed with silver die cut, then i glued everything in place, including dress. Bead chain was attached with double sided tape and glue dots were used to attach bow. Simple yet very elegant project. Fit for queen, don't you think?

Recycle and create (shaker/ candy card) 2
Hello, here is another card created using recycled plastic cover from punch packaging. Because the shape reminded a car I used it for small boys card. I draw car and coloured it with alcoholic markers. Photocopied it. Used car door as opening. Added star stickers on top of project. Base card embossed with Spellbinders embossing folder 'Diamond Fleur De Lis', top card was cut out with Spellbinders 'Branching out' die. The opening created using the same techniques as in recycle and create 1 tutorial.
Recycle and create (shaker/ candy card) 1
Dear Readers, thanks for stopping by, reading and subscribing to my blog.
This shaker card I created using recycled materials. I reused clear cover from punch packaging.
I created something more than only shaker card. I needed something for kids celebration, therefore I created a card suitable for candies and after sweets will be eaten with possibility to reuse it as shaker card. For easier storage I punched holes and used ribbon, that card could be hanged on the wall. Decorated it with flowers from Sun Kissed Fleur by Heartfelt Creations collection and EK success punched flowers. For transparency I added skeleton leaves.
For opening I created a mini door. After i glued base card with backing paper, I cut a hole, leaving a quarter uncut. On top I attached a piece of card, using glue and strong double sided tape, added a folded ribbon for easier holding when opening. At the end of top card I glued Velcro fastener, the same I did to the main card. This keeps door closed.
This is a great gift for kids and a great way to recycle plastic. Let me know how did you get along with this project.
