Vintage deer Christmas card 1

This card I created as a sample. The main reason why I made it as a shaker card was to give 3 dimentional image for deer plus create snow effect without using glitter all over the card.

Happy Hanukkah card

This card I created on request. Inspiration got from printed Hannukah card images. I thought I can make this card very luxury if I used my dies and crafting skills. It took a while to have it finished as it involved matching a number of die cuts, a lot of cutting and gluing to get finished elements of the card. Mainly Tattered Lace dies were used. Crafters Companion embossing folder, window and arch was created with X cut build a scene die set.

Customised impressions of a child

Originally image I used was a selfie of my daughter. I created a cartoonish image for my project 7 Santas and a Queen. My daughter became an inspiration for the Queen. I believe similar project would make an excellent gift for anybody.

MERRY CHRISTMAS WITH SPLASH

Christmas approaching very fast. Everybody is getting ready for this festive season. Me is not an exception. Started making Christmas cards. But I thought I wanted to try something new and unussual. So I ended up stamping family of daulphins. Colouring them in, die cutting images. But I felt that was not enough. Therefore added a water effect to images. On top of that sentiments and embelishements. 3 cards and each different. What do you think about such images for Christmas?

THANK YOU cards

There are many times we need to thank others for help, support, understanding in our lives. To express our thoughts and leave a memory of our genuin appreciation.
I decided to increase my card collection with a few more Thank You designs.
I believe simplicity is important for those type of cards. This is what i came up with. What do you think?

Just finished my Christmas card. I am pretty pleased with result. It seems 3 dimentional and got depth to it. The funny thing about it my daughter noticed 'where is Santa?' I had to explain he is inside house putting presents under Christmas tree. She was pleased with answer.

How i made it?

Frame and sentiment - Tonic dies. Trees -Crafters Companion dies. Rest Mariane dies. Reindeer and sledges were black card stock covered with silver pebeo gilding wax. All elements were glued except reindeer, sledges, large and medium trees. They got some foam pads for dimention.

MAJESTIC ANIMAL "TIGER" sketch

My new project started as painting in pastels, but it did not work. I never used pastels therefore lack of experience failed my attempt. Never mind😆. Then I used acrylics. First layer applied. Few more to go. Decided to use mixed media.

PROJECT JEANS BAG WITH FLOWERS

Remember the red fabric flowers I created recently? They are going to land on my new shoulder bag. I love the results I see so far. Especially I love the pattern on the bottom part of the bag. This was created using acrylic paints and stamp. From boring piece it turn into something unique and interesting. And shine on leaves was achieved with Luminarte mica spay paints. Even Pebeo gilding was used for some petals to give them metallic look. Can't  wait to finish thus bag.

And finally added acetate Hunkydory butterflies. I used red extra strong double sided sticky tape to glue everything in place.

ABSTRACT PAINTING "DREAMING COW"

This beautiful "Dreaming Cow" was created a while ago. The main idea to paint this gorgeous animal came to me after a chat with my relatives, who told an extraodinary story from their farm. They had a naughty cow, which used to put her leg into nearly full bucket of milk during milking by hands.
I absolutely adore these animals. They always seem so slow, relaxed and almost majestic. Their eyes are one of the most beautiful features. Soft, slightly sad look brings traquility and peace. Any memories from your childhood?

Painted on A4 size paper with acrylics in abstract  style. Sealed with glossy finish.

FABRIC FLOWERS

I have been working on fabric flowers for the last couple of days. It is relatively easy and fun to make these flowers. They can be used as embelishements on cards, clothes, bags, in home decor etc.

I knew this technique for ages.
